How do I unsubscribe from your email list?
We totally respect your drive to clean out your inbox! =
If you would like us to unsubscribe from emails, simply tell us via email. Please remember that if you choose to unsubscribe, we will still send you order and shipping confirmation emails so you can track your purchase. We may also need to send you an additional email once you unsubscribe so that we can officially cut you off from notifications.
How do I view my shopping cart?
Click the shopping bag icon at any time to view the items in your shopping cart, including styles, colors, sizes and added quantities. You can continue shopping to add more products to your shopping bag or click the “Checkout” button to proceed to the checkout page. You can add, edit or remove any items from your bag at any time before checking out.
What payment methods are accepted?
Use the method you are most familiar with. Once you receive your item, you’ll realize how much we care about your comfort.
Shipping
How do I track my order?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account at any time to check the status of your order. You can check your order history for your tracking information, or contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
My package was marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it.
We’re sorry to hear that you haven’t received your order yet! We first recommend checking your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, shrubbery, and mailbox or mailroom to make sure they are not hidden or blocked. There’s also a chance your order might be mistakenly delivered to a neighbor.
If you still haven’t found your package and it’s been a few days since you received the delivery notification, please contact our Happiness Team and they will help you resolve the issue.
