RETURN POLICY

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email within the delivery window to confirm your return.

  • Return new, unopened items to us within the delivery period.
  • If you have any questions about your return, simply contact our support team via email
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.
  • Please consider selecting the correct product size, color, etc. when placing your order to avoid any returns or exchanges.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
  • Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or shipped back to you at your expense. We only accept cancellations within a short period of time after placing an order for full-price products. If you must cancel your order for any reason and are able to do so within the time given, please contact us immediately via email. We try to process orders as quickly as possible, so cancellations are time sensitive.
  • In the event of miscommunication or other circumstances, the terms and conditions of our Returns Policy will prevail.
    Return time: Within 30 days after receipt of item.
    We will refund the goods as soon as we see the logistics is normal.
